HYROX ESSENTIAL
Go through techniques and methods of each HYROX station and allow the athlete to be more efficient and effective on each exercise and work on conditioning of the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems specifically to the demands of HYROX.
Recommended session if you are returning from a hiatus to increase your overall volume before HYROX ENGINE or for athletes who are just beginning.
Zone 2 and technique focused sessions. The key concept is on light - moderate effort while focusing on quality and building a good base.
HYROX ENGINE
The HYROX Engine class is designed to elevate your fitness journey through a comprehensive and dynamic approach to training.
This class emphasises on compromised fatigue and staying strong in HYROX - specific stations, maintaining an anaerobic effort.
Expect an intense session working on muscular endurance, conditioning, power and skills.
This class will also incorporate simulation of the HYROX race intensity and sequences, ensuring that athletes can familiarise themselves with the demands of the sport come race day.
FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING
OPEN GYM
An "Open Gym" class provides free time in a gym setting, allowing participants to use the equipment and practice skills independently or in small groups.
It's a casual, drop-in experience often monitored by staff, where participants can work on personal fitness goals or enjoy recreational activities.
Functional bodybuilding focuses on building strength and athleticism that translates to real-world performance, emphasizing movements that mimic everyday actions.
It's a hybrid approach combining traditional bodybuilding with strength and athletic cross-training, aiming to improve both physique and functional fitness.
This style prioritizes quality movement over intensity, helping individuals look good and move well, while also enhancing their overall fitness and performance.
