45 minutes of functional strength and conditioning that blends HYROX-style training, endurance-focused engine work, and functional bodybuilding. Sessions are intelligently programmed to build capacity, strength, and movement efficiency over time, with scalable workouts, coached execution, and structured progressions that support both guided classes and independent open gym training.
